No rights or wrongs

I define "personal or art journal" as a book in which one records one's thoughts mostly, but not inclusively, in pictures, drawings, symbols, or even scribbles. This is a page out of my own journal.

These are personal thoughts which are expressed in a personal way. As such, it's not something which is open to criticism. I say this as a reminder to everyone, including myself.
My journals will never look like those of Teesha
More's whose work I admire, but this is because
I am not Teesha Moore.

If you have always wanted to do a personal journal, grab a blank book....preferably one with
heavy pages so paint won't bleed through.....and
just start. If you don't panic and begin thinking too hard, you will find it easier than writing. Use paints, crayons, colored pencils, pens, rubber stamps, glued down pictures.....Use whatever you like. There are no rights or wrongs.
