Party Crowns

I now have completed 9 crowns, each different....as I find no enjoyment in doing the same thing over and over....and each with large
grommets at the ends through which matching silken ribbons are threaded for tying in the back.
Although I prefer 3-dimensional design, paper is too much fun to stay away from!
