New Doll!
Just a bit shy of 8", Sacred Heart Guardian completes this iconographic doll series. There was an urgency to creating all three, as if they just had to be given "life".
I now see that I have a little clean-up yet to do on the doll. Just could not wait to how her off.
Here are the three together, from left to right: Wisdom Keeper, Sacred Heart Guardian, and Aztec Princess

These are stunning and quite lovely. I love the heart one... hmm but why the chains?
The reason for the chains could be that's where she is going to hang all the hearts she is guarding? Maybe, she is a thief of hearts? You know I never know why I do what I do. My creations do not come from the brain but from somewhere much deeper.
The chains could be her chatelaine, to hold the tools for her work.
