I love reading about the adventures of Quincy over on FB. I love this quote. It's very difficult to get that "leisure" time when life is always getting in the way. It's also difficult for others to understand that even though we love this, it's our passion, they still don't take it seriously. As I told a friend the other day, "it's a job we love, but unlike you, we don't get steady paychecks."
Hope your New Year has started out well. I'm hoping to go to your part of Texas soon. Since you too live in the same community as my daughter, we'll have to make a date to meet prior to my coming to Austin.

Facebook as become my blog, and my diary. Unfortunately, I have no time or energy left to keep up with any of my blogs! I wonder if everyone might be having this issue.....
