Born Free

It was in Tanzania that I saw animals in the wild for the first time in my life.  They were totally unafraid and non-aggressive!  Although I never set out to make statements with my art, somehow that happens anyway.  12" x 12" on wood. Hand carved wild animals on a collage of lei lines and encircled by a beaded collar similar to those worn by African villagers.
